I'm reposting this here in the hopes CinemaVision users can benefit from them and these videos can reach a wider audience who will benefit from its intended use as opposed to a YouTube video getting lost to the void. There isn't a bumper for E, nor is there one for CTC because films aren't actually classified as CTC, only trailers are. All videos have been downloaded at the highest quality, and are all based on a (no longer available) VideoHive template found here:
