Queue question

Question

Hi

first time using cinemavision today and impressed but have a problem with queues, I have set a simple routine to play trailer and then feature, which it does fine, i get the screen showing title bar for movie and want to add another for a que, but it won't let me, movie disappears, in the feature tag I have upped the number of features but still can't create a que, can anyone help

cheers

Hey there! So if you set the Feature Module to run multiple features, it will do that back to back. Is that what you're looking for or did you want your Trailers to play before each Feature? As for queuing Features, check out this guide:

Hopefully that helps. If you're looking to do something specific in your Sequence, let me know and I'll help you build it.

Hi

thanks for reply, I was opening cinemavision from 1 film, film shows on left hand side, play, cancel and apply to queue is on right hand side I was trying to queue items from there, I'll read the guide a bit more, I'm sure I'll work it out

Ah! So what you're looking at is the CinemaVision Queue Editor. There's not actually a way to add an item to the Kodi queue from there, but it does allow you the freedom to reorder what's in your queue before you play your Sequence. The easiest way to put multiple items in your queue is to browse your library and press Q on your keyboard on each item you want queued. Once you've queued them all, launch CinemaVision and they should all be in the list.

Thanks for that, is there any way to launch cinemavision other than from that que editor screen? I've got cinemavision working great but not keen on the look of the launch page,

sorry for newbie questions

Sure, you can actually turn the Queue Editor off entirely in the CinemaVision settings. Look under the Playback menu for the Hide queue editor setting. If you hide the Queue Editor, CinemaVision will launch straight into your Sequence. You can also launch CinemaVision from the Cinema Mode/CinemaVision button in the Movie Information screen, if your skin supports it.
