Downloads becoming unavailable

  Hello All new here.

I've recently found this program and made a free account and began to download some of the for everyone downloads.  I understand there being a daily limit to download but I have been having an issue where files listed as open to everyone all of a sudden become unavailable to me on the free account.  do files rotate out of for everyone or am i having an issue?

Can you be specific on a file you are trying to download?  I can check and see if it's available for me to determine if it's an account issue or a hosting issue.

the first one I ran into was the very first file in the how to configure tutorial

I can confirm the above file is accessible for me.  One of the forum moderators will have to look into it or explain how the free downloads work.
