Jame Bond Modern Era Template desgin

Recommended Posts

Hello all, having a bit of creators block on the James Bond Modern Template. Thought some may have some suggestions. My dilemma is with the 007 logo in the text area. I’ve never really been happy with it, have tried a lot of different idea but just haven’t found anything I feel really fits the bill.

I really don’t want to completely recreate the template as I’m about 75% done creating the Modern Era Decks but I’d be willing to do a minor modification to the 007 logo or something that would not effect the diagonal separation of the black and right graphic.

My original design was to have a white textured 007, I received feedback that it may be better to use a color that would create more contrast for readability. This is the image below..

I then decided to make the 007 logo the same color tone as the accompanying graphic to the right and have used that concept through the Modern series up to this point. And this is an example of the concept…

I guess what I'm really looking for is a classy Daniel Craig kinda feel for the template. This template will be used for the Timothy Dalton films through Daniel Craig. If anyone has ideas or wants to experiment I’d appreciate it.

It's pretty dark in that proof but others it's fairly bright. He is an example of a bright one...

And here is the same logo with a long  Multiple Choice question over the logo. Actually this slide has the most text in the answer layers of the entire set so far...
