Preview Ratings

I'm not exactly sure how previews are implemented, so this may or may not be possible, but it would be cool to have MPAA ratings bumpers come up before trailers as well as the feature.

Most of the trailers that are streamed form the internet already have one built in, so we haven't implemented this. If there are enough people on board with the feature, we could do it for trailers stored locally. I created the video for MPAA previews a while ago.

Feels like indie trailers skip it, a good chunk of the ones that have come up haven't had one.  Might be worth the option.
