When I tap hold a movie on the remote app I can choose to play or play in que. Is is possible to make a button to play with cinema vision ?

If the owner of whatever remote application you're using chooses to add a CinemaVision option, they're welcome to do that. I don't know of one that has done that. Right now, you'll need to trigger the context menu and choose CinemaVision (for Kodi 15+ only) to run the Launcher, or if your skin has integration, use the Movie Information screen to launch the experience.
