Will Cinemavision Ever Be In Add-On Repository Again?

I've not kept up much tabs on Cinemavision since it original broke with Leia, but decided to check back in on a whim.  A few years, back, I switched from my oDroid running Librelec Kodi to a Shield TV (mainly because I cut cable and it was easier to use an Android TV interface for the other services), which limits my capabilities a bit when it comes to delaying updates or side loading at the like.  I do now see we have a 1.5 version of Cinemavision available, but will that ever make it back to repositories?  And if not, is there an idiots guide to installing on Kodi running on an Android TV platform?  Sadly, it's been so long since I tweaked anything in Kodi, I've forgotten how to do things like that.
