Play 2 random intermissions?

Question

It seems that you can only play 1 intermission vid per sequence. i would like it to play 2 intermission vids at random with no possibility both intermissions occurs in a row?

ie vid_1 should not be able to be played two times in a row?

is this possible?

Now i can only set 1 single random intermission vid.

To play two random intermissions: In a Video Bumper Module, set Type to Intermission and set Count to 2, and set Random to Yes

I don't mess with intermission stuff so this may not work, but would it be possible for you to split your intermission files into two directories, then setup two intermissions in the sequence back to back each referencing a different directory?

ah, true. cinema experience had it a bit more easy where you could set how many intermissions would play.

that said your idea might work!

I think his concern is that it will, by chance, play the same intermission video twice.  Is there something built in to keep the randomization from selecting the same video twice?

That functionality is built into each module, but it doesn't account for what has been played in the entire sequence yet. As long as you do it the way outlined above, it should not played the same video twice in a row. If you put two intermission video bumper modules back to back, there is a chance that it will play the same video twice.
