german trailer streaming/download

Hey Guys,

if conemavision streams trailers, this is made by the streaming option of kodi itself right? i cant configurate it at cinemavision right? The problem is, that the most trailers are old trailers and no trailers from movies which are at the cinema at the moment.

Is there a way i can stream GERMAN Trailers from movies which are in the cinema at the moment? or do i only have the option to download trailers and play them from the local path and i have to keep them new by my self?

Hey there! We don't currently have any sources for streaming trailers other than iTunes and StereoscopyNews. If you'll give me a list of websites that offer trailers in German (with APIs if possible) then we'll add them to the list of things to do.

I've added FILMSTARTS.de to our list of trailer scrapers to try to add in the next round of development. Thanks for the suggestion, and let me know if there are any other sites that we should add to the list.

Well the first step is to figure out if the websites are going to allow us to stream trailers. For some of them, it might not even be possible, unfortunately.  Once we get the new scrapers written and tested (after we determine if they'll work at all), I'll post the development build to the site for everyone to test.

I completely agree. Trailer scrapers have become our priority. We'll be fixing those (and adding some new scrapers as well) before we start on any of the other development work.
