Cannot download some files

Web site does not allow me to download some files, verified that I am still noted as executive producer under my profile, but when I try to download I get popup asking me to sign up for Red Carpet.

Hey there! Can you tell me which files specifically you're having trouble with? If it's one of the files we're still working on we have it locked down to just staff, and it would throw that error, but if it's not then we need to fix it.

I was trying to download the "CinemaVision (1080p) 1.1.0" Bumber set,  I also get the same error on the 480p version. If a file is still being worked on, how could I tell from my end? Thanks.

Whoops! It was a permissions issue. It's open now, but I think we'll have the new versions up by Tuesday. They're worth the wait.
