Think I may have identified our issue. I found this line in your log:

14:20:48 T:18446744071992941312  NOTICE: virtual void CExternalPlayer::Process(): Player : com.himedia.xbmcwrapper
14:20:48 T:18446744071992941312 NOTICE: virtual BOOL CExternalPlayer::ExecuteAppAndroid(const char*, const char*): com.himedia.xbmcwrapper

That tells me you're using a HiMedia device, and the HiMedia external player instead of the two players that currently work with CinemaVision. VideoPlayer, which is the Kodi default player, and DSPlayer, an enhanced player that was modified to work with CinemaVision. We've had a few folks that use HiMedia devices complain, and the only solution we found was to switch back to the default Kodi player. The other option is to engage HiMedia to modify their player in the same way that the developers of DSPlayer modified their player to work more like the default Kodi player instead of in a non-standard way.

In our experience, the majority of external or non-standard players don't work with CinemaVision because they fundamentally change the way that queueing and playback work, and are not something that we can manipulate in the same way that we can the default player. In an effort to simplify development and support, we chose to only support the default Kodi player, which as of Kodi 17 will be lightyears better than the HiMedia player anyway. I'd suggest changing the default player and seeing how that goes. Let me know!

Hey Roland! So that error could be a few things, but the most likely culprit is that the feature presentation you've chosen isn't being passed to the script, or if CV is still in Demo Mode. Try to run CV using the CinemaVision Launcher and let me know what the results of that are. Barring that telling us anything, use the post below to upload your log for us to review.

Hi Ragnarok,

thx for your fast response :)

I tried to start from the Launcher.  I hope i did it right. I go to the CV add on, i type c, and then play. the same happens. Single File is played, Trailer is beeing played. then this massage comes again and again:01_20160824_103848.jpg02_20160824_101309.jpg02_20160824_104219.jpg03_20160824_104156.jpg02_20160824_101309.jpg02_20160824_101309.jpg

Ah! I see what's happening here. Check out this guide:

The way you're launching will work as long as you have a movie queued first, otherwise it shows that placeholder. It's more a way to test your Sequence. :) There are much more seamless ways to launch CinemaVision directly from your library. Hopefully, the guide translates to German well.

Do me a favor... install this:

Then follow this guide and use the CinemaVision Launcher (context menu) on a locally stored movie in your library to launch the experience:

If you're still running into problems with your Sequence, follow this guide:

ok can you please tell me where i can change the default player

thx you so much for all your time

You're very welcome. We're here to help. :) So to be honest, I don't know much about their players and don't want to steer you in the wrong direction. I know how to change the player for Kodi, but that involves editing some files. Since I know HiMedia changes quite a bit about the platform, I'd suggest you reach out to them and ask about how to change the default player from HiMedia to Kodi's default.
