Technically, it can be used for anything with one requirement... the media that CinemaVision uses currently has to be scraped into your Kodi library. The more lazily written streaming add-ons don't do that, so those won't work. CinemaVision relies on the library data to do what it does.

Feel free to recommend it to everyone you know who uses other platforms, too.  We're trying to talk the folks at Plex and Emby into integrating CinemaVision, and the more people talking about us the better chance we have.
