Found this on imgur.  Thought you guys making cinemagraphs could use them.  Figured it would be easier to animate, then super impose the text back onto it rather than work around it.

This thread should explain everything you want to know. :) It's just a standard Windows application. There's an MSI installer, or a standalone zip that you don't have to install. In both cases, you just run MoviePoster.exe as far as I'm aware.
