Kodi crashes when Feature starts

Hi guys, 

i'm completely new to Kodi and CinemaVision.

I've made a Sequence and sometimes after the Rating Bumper, Kodi crashes.

I don't know what to do, can you help me?

Absolutely! Firstly, welcome aboard.

There are a ton of things that could cause crashes, and the best way to find out what's causing yours is for us to get a debug log from you. I'll post instructions on how to do that here in one second.

I have a custom sequence, with 3 ads, a Coming soon bumper, then 3 trailers, a soundformat trailer, then the rating bumper and finally the feature...

And sometimes, kodi crashes when its supposed to start the feature film. All trailers running fine.

Hey there! I don't actually see a crash from CinemaVision in your log, but what I do see is that you're running 1.0.11 which had a major issue with the iTunes scraper that could cause a crash. We've fixed that issue (but the scraper is currently broken because Apple changed things) in 1.0.12a1, which is available below.

To install the development version, follow the instructions in this Kodi wiki article.. Let me know if that helps, and if not, recreate your issue and then upload a new log with 1.0.12a1 which has better logging.
