How to arrange regular and 3DSBS files?

Hi there,
Let's start with saying this is the best my HTPC could get, great addon!
But got somehow confused when i downloaded all the files and wanted to sort them in the proper folders.
Should i make a decision if i should use only 3D SBS or regular rating files or can i just drop them in the corresponding pre-configured rating folders?

So we haven't finished all of the ratings code yet, but you should be able to drop them side by side in the same Ratings Bumper folder for your ratings system. For example:

Ratings Bumpers
    |- MPAA
        |- MPAA Classic
            |- G.mp4
            |- G (3DSBS).mp4
            |- PG.mp4
            |- PG (3DSBS).mp4
            |- etc.
    |- BBFC
        |- BBFC Colors
            |- U.mp4
            |- U (3DSBS).mp4
            |- PG.mp4
            |- PG (3DSBS).mp4
            |- etc.
