Does anyone have a good collection of Dutch motion picture rating system?

I haven't seen one floating around, but if you want to help us mock one up, we'll make it! If you can, find some example pictures that we can use to recreate the ratings bumpers.

This is the best quality i could find for age 12

And another one for age 6 in much lower quality

I have age 12 I can take off the BD if you like. I'm guessing the quality would be about the same as you posted there after compressing to a reasonable size. if compressed. I don't speak Dutch so I don't know if editing the number would help.
