problems downloading content

I have been having trouble downloading content for the past couple of days.  Every time I try to download a video bumper pack an error pops up saying the system is overloaded and I would be emailed a link to the content when its available.  I never get the email.  Any thoughts?

Hey there! Give it another shot. We're still having issues with the queue system, so I've disabled that.
