    Version 1.1.0 Pushed to the Kodi Repository

    Hey everyone! We've just validated and pushed version 1.1.1 to the official Kodi repository. This release fixes several bugs for both Kodi 17 and Kodi 18 (which should make the add-on usable in the Kodi 18 beta!), adds Conditional Sequences, adds support for the CinemaVision Service Add-on, and more! Unfortunately, we haven't yet been able to get additional trailer scrapers built-in, but we are working on that. Please let us know if you have any trouble with the latest version, or have suggestions for new features. If you're not a member already, consider joining the RedCarpet Club to get access to HD content and more. Proceeds help us pay for development and operating costs, which our wives appreciate.

    Current Cinemavision Status

    This isn't new information.  I'm just trying to provide a better way for people to see the status without scrolling through a random thread.
    Cinemavision has been translated to Python3, including some dependencies.  Many of the addons that CV uses have been updated.  Testing will begin after this is complete.  After our internal testing, a beta version will be provided for anyone that wants to help test it.
     
     

    Star Wars: The Last Jedi Trivia Slides Released

    This themed deck of trivia slides is for the 2017 film, Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

    Welcome to the New CinemaVision Website!

    Hey everyone! It's been a while since our last update, but we've been hard at work. The website has been updated, and more features are coming including a completely rewritten Guides application and much more. If you see anything that looks out of place, please let us know.
    We're hard at work getting the CinemaVision Service Add-on ready for it's debut development release. Right out of the gate, it will have the two most requested features:
    Automatic content updates on a schedule The ability to schedule a Sequence for a specific time/date We're still working on the main add-on as well, and new features are coming soon.
    In addition to all of that (and some I haven't mentioned), we're planning several new trivia decks and video sets right now, and expect to release them before the end of the year. Please don't hesitate to give us your feedback on the new website, and enjoy!

    Conditional Sequences Have Arrived!

    It's been a while since we've released a development build of CinemaVision, but we haven't been sitting idle. The first development release of CinemaVision 1.0.14 has been uploaded to the website.
    The biggest feature in this release is the addition of Conditional Sequences. One of our most requested features, now attributes can be set on each and every Sequence that will play specific Sequences based on library information about your Feature Presentation.
    In this release, you can set any of the conditions below, and CinemaVision will do the rest.
    Type: 2D, 3D and eventually TV Year(s): Triggers the sequence if your feature presentation was made in the year(s) defined. Studio(s): Triggers the sequence if your feature presentation was made by the studio(s) defined. Director(s): Triggers the sequence if your feature presentation was directed by the director(s) defined. Actor(s): Triggers the sequence if your feature presentation was acted by the actor(s) defined. Genre(s): Triggers the sequence if your feature presentation is in the genre(s) defined. Date(s): Triggers the sequence if the current date or date range matches the date(s) defined. Time(s): Triggers the sequence if the current time matches the time(s) defined. Use any combination to best match your Sequences, and use date and time to set up your holiday Sequence. Please give us your feedback, and thank you all for the support!

    Disney's The Jungle Book (1967) Trivia Slides Released

    gradually filled in until the answer is revealed for \easier discovery by children.

    Version 1.0.12 Pushed to the Kodi Repository

    Hey everyone! We've just validated and pushed version 1.0.12 to the Kodi repository. The iTunes trailer scraper has been fixed, finally. Take that, Apple! We've also fixed several bugs and added language strings, so those of you in countries that don't speak English as a primary language should have an easier time with special characters in your library. We're on schedule to begin developing all of the 142 new features that we have outlined for the next major release. That includes exploring new trailer scrapers, TV support, website integration, Sequence logic and much more. Please let us know if you have any trouble with the latest version, or have suggestions for new features.     RedCarpet Club Black Friday Sale & More

    Some of you may have noticed that we've been hard at work creating a ton of new content. We have new SD, HD, 3D HD, UHD and 3D UHD Video Bumpers, as well as a ton of new Countdowns available. We've also taken the liberty of updating old Audio Format Bumpers. All of the old favorites have been given new life with updated visuals, and improved audio. We're still working on them, but we'll be uploading them soon, along with new Video Bumpers!
    In other news, our first Black Friday sale is upon us! We're gearing up for our 2nd round of development for the CinemaVision Kodi add-ons, and we wanted to give those of you who are interested a chance to upgrade your existing memberships at a discounted rate.
    When is this rate available?
    Our Black Friday sale will run from November 18th, until November 30th, 2016.
    Who does this apply to?

    Website Maintenance Complete

    Well, I forgot to post this yesterday, but the maintenance is complete and we're up and running on our new hardware. You should all notice improvements in loading times, and other increases in speed. If you have any issues, please let us know!

    Website Maintenance

    We'll be transferring into new server hardware tonight beginning at 7PM CST, which will result in the website being inaccessible until the move is finished. This move will give us access to a ridiculous pool of resources, and should greatly improve site performance. This will not affect the CinemaVision Kodi add-on in any way. Please bear with us as we try to improve your experience!
