View File James Bond Trivia Intro bumper This is a short one minute video to use as a Trivia Intro Bumper. It is a compilation of the Ultimate DVD menu system. I merged together six versions of the menu system to show scenes from each of the six actors who have played the James Bond character. Hello all, As the James Bond project is getting close to completion I'm not wasting any time preparing for the Fusion upgrade to the old Star Wars LeitMotif deck. I'm hoping to at least have episodes 4,5,& 6 released by the time the new film hits theaters; so there's no time to waste. Here is what I've put together so far as an initial set of templates. Chanced are these will go though a number of changes by the time file decks are released. We've been talking about redoing Star Wars for over a year now and one of our goals has always been to make the deck glow stick compatible. I guess this is my initial approach to the goal. Only Multiple choice questions would be compatible for glow sticks. The Question and Answer slide I came up with so far is derived from the menu system used on the Complete Collection Blu-ray. The center screen shot would changes as the Questions and Answers changed. The font used on all these slides so far is that used at the beginning of the films for the Long time ago... and story crawl. That's all I have for now if anyone has any suggestions or comments I'd be happy to hear them.

James Bond Collection (Fusion Version) in production
a topic has posted gamephoenix in Trivia Slides
Hey guys just figured I'd chime in and let everyone know what I'm currently working on... As mentioned in the news article in July we’ve been working hard to fix and update many of our slide packs. Since then I've been working hard on getting the LeitMotif packs polished up. First to be released is the James Bond Collection, covering all 24 films. We will be releasing these in order starting with Dr. No. Every week we will be releasing the proceeding film’s slides all the way up to the much anticipated release of the film SPECTRE. We hope to have Dr. No available for download within the next couple weeks. I've incorporated a ton of techniques I was unaware of when I first created the collection under the SlideVision/LeitMotif brand. I will try and composite some old vs new samples as the decks are released. And with that here is Dr. No... -
As many of you know we are releasing the James Bond Trivia slides to the films in order one per week. When I initially started creating them I really wanted to make each quote template have its own skin but keep the text and screen cap static. My concept was to create a unique look for each film based on the film’s credit intro scenes, which are visually unique to each film. When I tried to do this, especially on the early films I ran into issues that the visuals used were extremely difficult to translate into a good looking skin, as with From Russia with Love which has light projectors showing the credits on belly dancers body parts at close range. So my solution was to take one of the better credit scenes, make a skin from the elements of the beginning credits and use that skin for all 23 decks. Now that the decks are being released I’m rethinking that decision and would really like to pursue my original concept even though it may call for some out of the box thinking. CHOSEN and I brainstormed several ideas before we came up with a skin I think works pretty well. I found his input and expertise really helped in the outcome. Here is a before and after granted maybe not as visually rich but unique to the set… This is Before (This was created from the the Casino Royale Credit Scenes) This is After (created from stills from the file From Russia with Love.) So first up is Goldfinger. Here is the generic template and a link to a HD version of the Credits...

The Star Wars trivia slides have officially gone into production. We are still waiting for entries to come in for the Quote and fact design competition but the Multiple Choice and Question & Answer slides are now being produced. If you'd like to enter a design concept into the competition you can do it here. A New Hope should be released late October. Just to get an idea what they will look like here is a Slide for Multiple Choice.
